One person can prepare snowsuits for friends or family. Everyone shares the same usage dates, and each person fills in their height and weight.

FROM BOOKING TO THE SNOW

From booking to returning, it's all very simple.

Choose clothes, fill in information

Select the usage date, and fill in the height, weight, and required clothing for each adult.

Confirm size before payment

Staff will check inventory, sizes, and fees before payment is received.

Get your snowsuit ready and let's go play in the snow!

Choose scheduled pickup or paid delivery, and depart according to the confirmed arrangement.

Return for inspection, process deposit

After returning the item and completing the inspection, the store will process the deposit refund.

Schedule a pickup

Choose a pickup time slot at the store; pickup the night before and return the next day is supported. Address, opening hours, and specific pickup/return times are to be announced; in-store pickup is not available.

Delivery and Retrieval

Paid delivery service requires confirmation from the store regarding the area, cost, and time slot. Costs will be listed separately from rent and deposit.

It's okay if it's your first time renting a ski suit; just figure out these little things first.

Yes. Each order can accommodate a maximum of four adults sharing the usage period. Each adult's height, weight, and required clothing must be provided separately. Currently, only adult products are available.

First, provide your height and weight. Staff will check the size and inventory, and then confirm the final size. 

No need. Staff will confirm inventory, size, and cost before notifying you of payment. 

The deposit is charged for the entire order and will be refunded by the store after the deposit is returned and the order is inspected. The amount and specific arrangements will be announced later. 

The rent is calculated based on the actual number of days used. Refunds require reservations for the store's opening hours. Specific arrangements are subject to order confirmation.
